Mr. Schreiber brings a solid mix of both aviation and financial consulting experience to his work with The Pilot Program. As a pilot for American Airlines and the U.S. Air Force Reserves, he advises colleagues on how to best structure their retirement funds. Before joining Cleary Gull, Mr. Schreiber was a financial consultant with Smith Barney and was a fighter pilot in the Air Force for ten years. He is a member of the Reserve Officer Association and the Association of Graduates (USAFA) and earned his BS in Engineering from the Air Force Academy.

Mr. Volkoff is your Cleary Gull guide in pre-retirement. He is responsible for understanding your financial goals and is available to help with all of your pre-retirement and retirement planning needs. He lends significant financial services experience to his role within The Pilot Program. He has broad industry experience across multiple financial services sectors including institutional asset management, insurance and retail sales. He thoroughly enjoys meeting and working with people to help ensure they are implementing the right steps to achieving their financial goals.

Prior to joining Cleary Gull, Mr. Volkoff attained 18 years of experience as an investment professional. He has provided business planning and development, expense management and consulting services to businesses of all sizes from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President for an independent asset management firm where he provided investment and retirement strategies as well as consulted on business development matters. Prior to that, he was a Corporate Retirement Specialist at AXA-Equitable where he provided extensive financial planning and product solutions to employees of Fortune 500 companies.

Mr. Volkoff earned his BA in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is a registered investment advisor.
