Prior to forming Cleary Gull in March 2002, Mr. Hall was a Vice President with Tucker Anthony Sutro.  During his three years with Tucker Anthony Sutro, Mr. Hall worked on numerous transactions ranging from M&A advisory and public equity offerings to private placements and fairness opinions.

Prior to graduate school, Mr. Hall worked for five years as a member of the acquisition team at SARES * REGIS Group, a real estate development company located in Irvine, California.  Prior to SARES * REGIS Group, Mr. Hall worked for two years as a financial analyst for Prudential.  His experience includes the acquisition of over $150 million of industrial real estate and the valuation of over $2 billion of commercial property.  Mr. Hall is a member of the Board of Directors of TCI, LLC, a privately-held manufacturer of drive peripherals.  He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth-Wisconsin Chapter.  Mr. Hall earned an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Chicago where he graduated with honors and received his B.A. in Economics from Stanford University.
