Mr. Thome is a Managing Director with Cleary Gull and has over 26 years of transactional experience. 

Prior to joining Cleary Gull, Mr. Thome was founder of Edgemoor, LLC/Axiom Advisors, LLC, a boutique M&A and consulting firm.  He was previously a managing partner of Grant Thornton Corporate Finance, a partner at Grant Thornton LLP, and began his career at Andersen, LLP.

Mr. Thome is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth-Wisconsin Chapter (ACG-Wisconsin), vice chair of the Community Foundation of the Fox Cities-Real Estate and Personal Property Fund, independent director for the Robert and Patricia Endries Family Foundation, founder and director of the Junior Patriots Baseball Club, Inc., and serves in various roles for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.  Mr. Thome received a B.B.A. in accounting and finance from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and earned a C.P.A. designation in Wisconsin.
